What is the policy regarding alcohol consumption inside the house?
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the house within the common area, which includes but not limited to the living area, kitchen, utility room, dedicated washroom and common balcony. Drinking may only be allowed in private or personal spaces, with proper consent of your flatmates.
If someone is found smoking indoors, the following steps will be taken:

Additionally, if neighbours or flatmates object to drinking, it must be respected and immediately stopped.
