Operational Issues at the time of Move-In

  1. Before the handover of the property painting, deep cleaning and pest control will be done.
  2. All the electrical, plumbing and carpenter repair work will be done.
  3. Servicing of the appliances like AC, washing machine, chimney etc.
  4. At the time of move-in or post 10 days of move-in if tenant is facing any operational issues our operation team will resolve within 10-15 working days.
  5. Operational issues needs to be highlighted to move-in manager or CRM team with picture as PFA.
