Operational Issues at the time of Move-In
- Before the handover of the property painting, deep cleaning and pest control will be done.
- All the electrical, plumbing and carpenter repair work will be done.
- Servicing of the appliances like AC, washing machine, chimney etc.
- At the time of move-in or post 10 days of move-in if tenant is facing any operational issues our operation team will resolve within 10-15 working days.
- Operational issues needs to be highlighted to move-in manager or CRM team with picture as PFA.
