Is Token amount refundable?

The token amount is a fee, either as a membership fee or onboarding charges, paid to confirm your booking for a specific property. This payment is made after you have reviewed the property details and provided your written acknowledgment over an email.

The token amount must be paid through the secure link provided by your Sales PoC via email or by the Accounts team via the official email: accounts@xulifestyle.com. No other payment methods are accepted unless there is a server issue with the provided link.

The token amount is non-refundable.
